I have a customer who needs to track how many Inbound calls to a particular DID
The CDR report currently shows the inbound CID as the Source and the Ext or Ring Group as the Destination. Is there a way to show the inbound DID number in this report?

Or see the CID name Prefix from the Inbound Route or Ring Group.
I currently see this information (CID name Prefix) in the ARI Monitoring, but I can't export it from there.

    Thanks !!

the cdr's are stored in two places , the mysql database and in a csv format in /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv

    the fields are documented here:

    http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+billing

you can either modify the code in the various cdr reporting pages, Elastix or FreePBX, or you could use the raw data to extract what you want, either mysql or your language of choice and the csv data.

IMO you will need to tweak the dial plan to record the DNID (called number) and store it in a custom field 'userfield'. That's how someone a friend of mine did it for me.

Not sure if there is a better way to do this. But its working well for me.
