How Can I listen or Download Call Records?

    But I can't listen or download any records.I see call details.

    If ? cl?ck 'listen' opening firefox agent and write 'Not Found Add-On'.But ? dont find correct add-on.

    If I click Download '404 File Not Found'


    How can I fix it? :(

    quick time works fine for me to listen....but use ari in freepbx instead of the crap elastix has by deafult

    Firstly Thanks for Reply.

    ?nstalled quick Time but result is same.System not found call records...

    How can I installed ARI ?

    freepbx unembedded and fully upgrade modules from module admin
