how can I implement a campaign

    Hello everyone,

    I Have Elastix version 1.6-12, I need predictive dialer call center for a small 5-position, however I could not him to set a bell, believes the agents, the queue (Queue), the form, create with option Outgoing Calls -- -> Campaign, all data is OK, where are the cvs file numbers to dial has a single column of type:

    3057864435460
    3057864435463
    3057864435465

    However, no such test that works, even when I enter the console of an agent in the hor aprogramada that starts the campaign, nothing is displayed.
