    Hi,

I would like to know if there is an asterisk command (or freepbx module) to list the active SIP & IAX connections as well as the type of remote 'client' (or platform) each connection is using, for example, x-lite, zoiper, cisco phone or polycom phone, etc

    Thanks,
    eb.

If you go to the Asterisk Console and give the command

    sip show peer <extension number>

You will get the details of the extension, the IP, model of phone and other details

    coincidentally on another thread:

    http://www.elastix.org/index.php?option ... 3544#33566

    or maybe:
    rasterisk -x "sip(or IAX2) show peer $EXT"|grep -r "UseragentXX|Addr"|cut -d ':' -f 2|sed '-e s/ Port /:/' -e 's/ //g'|tr "\n" ",";echo $EXT

where XX is the backslash cahracter (stupid software)
