Hotseat Login

    G'day all

    I have installed Elastix with grandstream phones successfully and the whole company is running on it.
    Really cool!
    As we are consultants people are in and out the whole time, now I want to start a "hotseat" system.
    This means, there is a phone on each desk, you sit down, login with username and pin. Until you log out
    this is your phone.
    I then want to report on your calls/costs on that username or user id.

    Any idea how I can get this done?

    Do you have the "Call Center" module installed?

    This would be one way to set that type of function up fairly easy.

    Once set up, Hot seat "Agent" would log in with agent number, call center detail records (if set up properly) would record the time of log in, inbound/outbound number and length of time on each call and break times for that agent and would provide you a report showing that and much more depending once again on how you set it up.

    Call Center module can be installed from the GUI, research the web for "Elastix Call Center" or just "Call Center" in any search engine for its full features.
