    hi all ,

    i want to ask about aproblem happens with my costumers during make phone calls the line is lost after acertain period of time and i want to know what is the reason for that ?????

    Hi...

    Have you set the sip_nat.conf parameters and have you forwarded the router ports?

    PS: Tell More about the problem.. is on the ingoing or outgoing calls?

    ingoing calls every thing was working well but this problem happened today

    i think all calls are losing signal including internal calls and ingoing calls and outgoing calls , and i dont know how to begine tracing this problem if it is from the IPBX or the network or whatever i need this as soon as possible ??????????????

    another thing the SIP-NAT.conf is empty file what i have to for this file cause am not using any nat for the phones ,, and what u mean by forwarding the router ports ???
