Help to validate user on incoming call

    Hello,

    I´ve got the following scenario to setup.

    User makes a call to the pbx and call gets pickup by IVR.

    I would need to setup a way that a user validates a pin and then the call gets directed to a mobile phone, and if possible getting direct by time conditions.

    Is this possible ?

    I've been reading about disa, but i don't think i can get around the problem that way, i would apriciate any help possible.

    I'm not sure you can do it directly with the GUI the way you want. But there is maybe a way around playing with some PIN outbound route or maybe even simpler with custom context module.

    However, your needs will probably be easy to solve with a little bit of hand written context.

    Can you point me in the right direction? what do you mean by custom context module ?
