Help, problem with Agent Console

    Hi all.

    I've recently installed the Call Center module 1.4 in Elastix 1.5.2-2. In order to give access for Agents I've created a specific group for Agents in Users Management only with permissions to display the Agent Console.
    When I log in to Elastix with an agent user, appears the Wellcome Agent Console window, but when I try to log in to this window sends me again to Elastix wellcome window.
    After so many tests I've found that activating the "Text to wav" check box in permissions of Agents group created, I can access rightly to Agent Console. It's very rare...

    Does anyone know why works it so?
