It seems no one can support anything related to call center module in this forum. Will the paid official support answer any question about call center module?

I have setup extensions and queue in elastix only before try the call center module. Is there any setup that call center need?

Is there anyone experienced in call center module? Any other suggestion? I confess that the call center module is the only interesting point that let me try elastix. I can't get any instruction for setup of call center module even google can't give me any idea. the Call Center Manual acts as a user guide only!

Hi gd5gd,

At the top of the manual, you have the minimum requirements to use the call center module:
- create agents
- create breaks
- create queue and csv file (for incomming calls)
and/or
- create campaigns and forms (for outgoing calls)

If you have these setups done, it should begin to work.

Hope it will help you.

All were created except breaks before test. Is it the root cause?

I don't think breaks are the root cause.
You have a piece of answer in your other post.
