!!Help , Agent Screen Shows No Active Calls

*I logged in as agent 1001. However agent 101 is showing connected. I have added more agents and no matter what agent number I use to sign in only agent 101 shows conected. Could have soemthing to do with the extension being 101

6. once you logon as an agent, run the following command:
asterisk -rx "agents show online"
i put that in the cli and ...
No such command 'asterisk -rx agents show online' (type 'help asterisk -rx' for other possible commands)

should i being adding other text to the command? also should i be typing it into the CLI

Hi pnaves,

I had the same problem, because the agent that was configured in the outgoing queue was also configured in an incoming queue, too. In my case, agent 4000 was registered in queue 6500 (inbound) and in queue 1500 (outbound)...

When I deleted agent 4000 from incoming queue and keep him in the outgoing queue only, the calls were ok!!!

Hope this can help you and all of you that have the same problem, if so.... give me a +1 in my karma :)

no I dont have an incoming queue, but thanks for responding. It could be the call_attributes table what is the correct layout? Can someone post a working example?

my call_attribute table follows the following format:

, Name, Address
1999999, Bob, 123 address
1888888, John, 345 address

From the inforamtion that you have pasted, I see an error on the csv that you are uploading:
18139717347, Office
18139730646, home
18139717347, Office
18139949474, home
18139730646, home
those lines are incorrect, they should be:
18139717347,"Office"
18139730646,"home"
18139717347,"Office"
18139949474,"home"
18139730646,"home"

As well check, the logs from the dialer
/opt/elastix/dialer/dialerd.log
