Having Virtual Extensions as part of a call queue?

    Is the following scenario possible with Elastix?

    Have three extensions, one physical and the other two are forwarded out to either cell phones or landlines. Can these extensions work in a support call queue just as well as if they were three physical extensions? THANK YOU to you awesome Elastix folks!

    If the only thing you want to have is support queue with 2 phones and local extension I believe the answer is yes. An easy way to this could be to create the extensions as custom extension that would map the cellphone and then use that extension in the queue.
