I am trying to search Elastix forum but looks like a lot of links does not work, assuming the migration is not done yet.

Let me ask if there is any known problem with creating conference room in Elastix 1.6.2-2

I have just created one and it shows up in CURRENT CONFERENCES, however when I dial conf number I have:

== Spawn extension (from-internal, 66529, 5) exited non-zero on 'SIP/2125-00000027'
-- Executing [h@from-internal:1] Macro("SIP/2125-00000027", "hangupcall") in new stack
-- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:1] GotoIf("SIP/2125-00000027", "1?skiprg") in new stack
-- Goto (macro-hangupcall,s,4)
-- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:4] GotoIf("SIP/2125-00000027", "1?skipblkvm") in new stack
-- Goto (macro-hangupcall,s,7)
-- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:7] GotoIf("SIP/2125-00000027", "1?theend") in new stack
-- Goto (macro-hangupcall,s,9)
-- Executing [s@macro-hangupcall:9] Hangup("SIP/2125-00000027", "") in new stack
== Spawn extension (macro-hangupcall, s, 9) exited non-zero on 'SIP/2125-00000027' in macro 'hangupcall'
== Spawn extension (from-internal, h, 1) exited non-zero on 'SIP/2125-00000027'

and "silence/1&cannot-complete-as-dialed&check-number-dial-again|noanswer")

This is not a big issue however it is good to have that feature. What am I missing here?

Have you updated manually freepbx? I mean, either by installing it from a package or from the unembedded interface? If so, it may have broke down your Elastix.

If not, once you have created your conference, have you clicked on the apply bar?
What is the output of the following file:
/etc/asterisk/meetme_additional.conf

Thank you jgutierrez for replying.

I could have upgraded by yum update or/and gui :( For a test purpose I have just created new conf room but I don't see it in

It should be 45812, I was dealing with Sangoma T1 card problem and why I did updates on Elastix. Looks like Sangoma runs ok now but other stuff is messed up.

What can I do now? Meybe download module from freepbx and reinstall it?

From what I can see there is a problem with freepbx, what I would do is :

1. Try to unistall freepbx, and then install it again by rpm
2. If that doesn't work, I would install Elastix on a test server, and just execute:
yum update

And check again if there is any issue with your sangoma card, and your elastix server

I have noticed that the same problems is in Elastix 2.0

I did yum update on both Elastix' but still the same issue. I will sacriface one of my windows crap desktop and install fresh Elastix 1.6 but will not do any unembedded interface updates. I will do only yum update. honestly I thought that always after ISO installation should do modules update and yum update.

Looks like other stuff works besides conf room scheduler, but this is not a big deal I can live without it, since we are going to use stable conf numbers.

Just for feature should I use both yum update and module update from FREE PBX or just yum update in order to not have any problem later?

Thank You

I will recommend you to only use yum update, and not update any modules or the entire freepbx from the unembedded interface, since everytime freepbx realeases a new version, we need to check it and make sure that it integrates with elastix.
This is why almost all times that users updates freepbx manually, there are troubles.

I have installed Elastix ISO - fresh and still the same problem. Used yum update and updated about 325Mb

Then Created temporary conference room by using
PBX then CONFERENCE and created one with auto generated conf number 6393; however, that number is not listed in meetme_additional.conf

Elastix 1.6.2-27

Is that could be a bug?
