Hi:

New in this field.
Wich is the minimum hardware resources you need in the agent´s machines?
I have a call center with 20 positions and we notice that a lot of agents couldn´t log in, very slow, the audio was crappy with a lot of cuts in the line. We have AMD and Celeron Processors. The server is a corel duo so no problem with that.
The network is working properly so we are lost.
Any advice?
