Hello,

This is my first post :D I am using Elastix for 8 months now and is working fine. Now I bought a cheap H323 phone VoIPAC NP210. It uses a linux based OS.

Here we go....

I wanted to add it like other phones that I have Linksys and Cisco but I can't find how to add a "Generic H323 Extension". Why is that option missing in "Extensions"??

Type Description Devicestate Indications Transfer
---------- ----------- ----------- ----------- --------
Local Local Proxy Channel Driver yes yes no
DAHDI DAHDI Telephony Driver w/PRI w/OPENR2 no yes no
SIP Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) yes yes yes
H323 The NuFone Network's Open H.323 Channel no yes no
MGCP Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP) yes yes no
IAX2 Inter Asterisk eXchange Driver (Ver 2) yes yes yes
Phone Standard Linux Telephony API Driver no yes no
Skinny Skinny Client Control Protocol (Skinny) no yes no
Agent Call Agent Proxy Channel yes yes no
----------
9 channel drivers registered.

I modified the file h323.conf only port and ip address of the server. I don't know what else to do.

How can I make this phone work?

Look at the beta repository. There is work going on there for this. Also see the beta mailing list. Or maybe it is developer list.
