Getting unknown number when agent logs-in

    Hi,

    My call center module is working fine so far. Thanks to you all for making it work. One issue i m facing is that whenever Agents login to Call Center using agent console, whenever they select any extension, it rings and agent can login by providing passcode. The problem is whenever extension rings, it displays "Unknown Number". How to change this to some meaningful description. Our agents generally get confused as they dont know if the call is ringing due to their login attempt or someone is calling them.

    Please provide pointers to solve this problem.

    Did you configure your agents in angents.conf file?
