caller to the pbx from the pstn are saying that there are not hearing the ivr when there are calling in, but when i ck it is enable and if the caller knows the extension a press the number it is pass on to the phone how can i fix and do i look.

ok i ck it i see what has happen the ivr is taking a longer time to come on so you make the call and it takes a few sec to come on is there a way to shorten that time?

i have two pstn line on two zoom ata working as sip trucks to the pbx

Hello K:

You have problems with audio format in recorded file played by the ivr.

You are sure if the audio is recorded in mono, 16 bit, 8000 Hz.?

Also you can record your own IVR (to test) with "system recordings" option in elastix or embedded Freepbx.
