    Hi

    I have setup grandstream 4104 with for sip trunks, incoming and outgoing calls works ok.
    Now i want to forward a specific channel to a specific extension.
    How can i do that?
    I have tried with did and nothing happens.
    Is there something else that i must do?

    Thanks

    You need to look in the log exactly how your channel is presenting itself when you are receiving a call.
    Some are giving the number in international format, some in national format, some use your account id...

    Then you'll be able to use this name to create an inbound route that you can route the way you want.

    Log in your server (locally or remotely via SSH), start the cli: asterisk -rvvv
    call your DID and paste here the result of the first ten or twenty lines of the CLI output.

    Hi

    Thanks for the hint i have found out that grandsream passes what ever you put
    in the Unconditional Call Forward to VOIP so i changed it to ch1:10000;ch2:10001;ch3:10002;ch4:10003;
    and now i am getting for fxo 1 10000 and fxo 2 10001 etc

    Thanks again

    when you say an specific channel, do you mean a phone number? If so, normally you do this with income routes and DIDs.

    Regards,
