Hi, I hope someone can give me some pointers here, since at the moment I'm racking my head.

I'm trying to get a call (specifically 1300 numbers) from one elastix box, to route out a Zap trunk in another elastix box.

I have the numbers going through to the second box, but I can't seem to get the numbers to go out the Zap line on the second box. I'm trying to use a custom destination to somehow do it, but I can't get the syntex right. I started with a line from another thread:

    s,1,Dial(SIP/${DID}@SIPTRUNK2)

I tried converting it to work with the Zap line, but to no avail.

Can anyone please help me out?

    Thanks in advance,

    Phil

    Welcome here twoopi:

There are a few blogs and many a post here about this

If you put the inter-asterisk trunk in the from-internal context, incoming calls generally work as if dialed from a local extension on that box.

If you implicitly trust that trunk, that's the easiest way, there are other solutions here also if they better match your needs, please use any solution as appropriate.

Hahah, that's really simple. I spent hours trying to do it the other way today.

Thanks for all the help. :)
