Form on inbound calls

    I like Call center module ! But I need to have the same feature on inbound and outbound calls. I mean that could be nice in i can assign a form to a queue (inbound calls). In this way could be easyer to build, for example, an help desk call center:

    The call arrive on a queue
    the agent answer
    an then can collect data in the form !

    Could be wonderfull !!!

    In any way ... GOOD WORK !!
