Force users to "log into" their phones? IP 331's

    Management would like that users need to log into their phones when they come into the office, and log out when they leave, as they want to restrict international calling and so forth, so they want some security.

    Is this possible with these phones?

    they sit at their desk, enter in a phone user and pass and they can then use their phone on their extension....

    That i want to do also with my IP 330 telephone
    i have 7 outbound ZAP Trunk
    with two outbound way ( i devided it to 2 outbounds )
    calling PRE-xx to go with first 5 Zaps and calling PREE-mm to go with 6,7 ZAP
    i need to put i password for outgoing with these Zap trunk.

    People hate passwords, suppose a user "forgets" to log off, either by accident or deliberately?
    And from experience, pincodes stay secret for about 5 minutes.
    If you just want to restrict the types of calls being made and the times they are made at, the Custom Contexts module will do that.
