I have seen Elastix uses a very old version of FOP, so I've downloaded and installed the latest version.
I was suprised with how easy it was.
You just have to stop amportal, copy the new files over /var/www/html/panel, and then edit the config files to suit your needs:
op_server.cfg, where you can configure main panel settings, as user/pass for asteriskmanager (by default admin/elastix456, look at /etc/asterisk/manager.conf),
op_buttons.cfg, where you define the main fop screen and text labels, and op_buttons_additional.cfg, where freepbx stores your trunks and extensions, and their position in the panel.
Editing these three files you can fully personalize your FOP.
I hope you do some tests and see if you can update FOP for next releases.

Thank you for such a kick-ass asterisk distro!!!<br><br>Post edited by: ramoncio, at: 2007/11/20 00:10

To update FOP to latest version, following Asternic instructions:

Download and untar latest fop version.
/var/www/html/panel
Replace op_server.pl and operator_panel.swf
Everything else are probably new config options that are optional.
To check if you already have latest version (0.27), enable the debug button in the flash client (by modifying op_style.cfg) (debug = 1)and mouse over that icon

It is working for me now. I am not an expert, just sharing this.
