    Hello All,

Last week we had a fire alarm test at one of our offices only to find that several of the staff did not evacuate the building but instead continued with there conversations.

My question then is, Would it be possible to dial a number that would play a pre recorded message and then cut the call? if so could you point me in the right direction?

    Thanks in advance.

Just try using the intercom feature to make a fire alarm message to all station like using a speakerphone.

    Hi and thanks.

I want the message to be played to the remote end of the phone informing them the building has been evacuated and then the line to be hung up, this way the caller does not think they have been cut off and our staff wont sit and continue a conversation when alarm sirens are going off.

I don't understand why you need so complicated setup, just make a intercom announcement like " Fire!!!!!".
