Feature Request: CALL BILLING based on channels

    one of our customers has a 4xE1 system.
    all extenstion outbound cid is the same caller id so all calls made from his system use the same cid for outgoing calls.

    our problem is that elastix billing module is based on the outbound caller id instead of the actual channel ID ( IAX/XXX or SIP/XXX or ZAP/XXX )

    it will be great to have some sort of drop down menu to chose the extension number based on the actuall channel ID.

    if you look at the ASTERISKCDRDB table you see that the calls are stored with this info as well.

    I have kind of the same request.
    It's interesting to be able to bill a customer based on call destination, but it is also interesting to know how much the calls will be costing us. There will always be some difference with the provider duration anyway but that can give us a good estimate and we can compare at the end of the month with their invoice to see if we are in the ballpark.

    There should be the following cost options:
    Inbound call cost per trunk (800 numbers for instance)
    outbound call cost per trunk per destination.

    report filtered by extension (or group of extensions) and by trunk (or group of trunks).
