Failure log

    where can i get a report on reason for failure in the call center module.

    I have configure the elastix-1.2 call center-1.2 for outbound call and every thing is working but not able to get the reason for failure call (whether number is busy/invalid number/call is not picked etc).

    Is there any option to get the same or any patch or 3rd party module avaliable to get this information
