Failing to UNBREAK an agent in Call Center

    Hi, this is my problem. I have 4 Breaks defined, 2 agents, the call center works smoothly, the problem arises when using the BREAK capability, if an agent(Using Firefox(any version) or IE) press the BREAK Button, then he (or she) cannot UNBREAK for accepting new calls, if I press the UNBREAK button it simply stays the same, whithout changing at all, I think that it has too see with AJAX, or maybe something like that... I can remember that it worked before, I think. Is there anyone more having this problem?

    The only changes that I have done are:

    Call center configuration, Slightly changed some php templates... hmm nothing more.

    Hi Guys, i have something similar, my issue es that the agents can't get the break option and the only option is hang up, there is someone can tell me how can i fix it?

    Ahora en Espa~nol, me sucede algo similar... los agentes no tienen acceso a la opcion de ponerse en break, alguna idea de donde como solucionarlo??
