Extrañas llamadas entrantes !!!

Muy buenos días,

Soy novato en Elastix y acabo de montar mi PBX la cual funciona muy bien con canales análogos y tarjetas Sangoma. El problema es que se estan presentando algunas llamadas que entran y se quedan "mudas" las cuales son muy molestas y no sabemos de donde provienen. Mirando el servicio de reportes de Elastix me encuentro con que esas llamadas se identifican de la siguiente manera:

¿De donde provienen esas llamadas?
¿Que debo configurar para evitarlas?

Agradezco de antemano la colaboración que me puedan prestar ya que es muy molesto llegar a trabajar en la mañana y tener el mailbox con 100 llamadas de este tipo.

De atrevido te estoy contestando, ya que soy novato también.
Según lo que vos publicaste y si no me equivoco, vos no tenes caller ID, entonces el source no lo podes saber y te aparece una s de "start". Esto es algunas de las cosas que leí. Capaz que entendí mal o cualquier cosa.
Capaz que te convenga probar enchufar un tel común a la linea y ver si pasa eso también.

Hola Carnoldo, Gracias por tu intervención.

Lo que sucede es que he seguido mirando los logs y esas llamadas "mudas" o "fantasma" se siguen generando pero no entiendo porqué. Pareciera que algún loop se estuviera ejecutando porque todas esas llamadas entran a la extensión que tengo configurada como primera en mi IVR. Gracias de antemano por la colaboración que me puedan brindar.

Esa extensión, es la extensión por defecto de la IVR?. O sea cuando nadie presiona ninguna opción es redirigida a esa extensión?.

Así es, si no se presiona nada es la extensión a la que van dirigidas las llamadas, en mi caso la 110.

Y bueno debe de estar pasando eso, agota el time out y te manda al buzón de esa extensión.

Por que no dejas abierto por el putty con el comando asterisk -r y te fijas que pasa cuando entra una llamada de ese tipo o te fijas en el log directamente que pasa desde el momento que suena hasta el momento finaliza la llamada.

Si es una llamada que entra por la pstn es raro, tu elastix está conectado directamente a la PSTN o hay algo entre la entrada principal de la pstn y tu elastix?.

Hola Carnoldo,

Revisé el log del fin de semana, en el cual aquí no se trabaja, y me encontré como con 90 llamadas de ese tipo. El elastix está conectado directamente a la PSTN.

Por que no pruebas dejar conectado un teléfono común con contestadora? a ver si se repite el mismo comportamiento.

Habilita chan_dahdi.conf por lo que se ve en el Cli no presionan ninguna opcion y vuelve otra vez al principio del IVR luego lo esta mandando al interno 110.
Pero se ve que la person ya corto la llamada por eso es cuando levantas el 110 no hay nadie.

En el IVR dale un destino al timeout "t"

Habilita chan_dahdi.conf
busydetect=yes
busycount=3

Espero que te sirva y cometanos como te fue..

No me había dado cuenta, es verdad, puede que no detecte el hangup.

De que país sos? por que aquí en Uru no lo detecta y hay que habilitar las opciones que marca el compañero de arriba.

Muchas gracias por sus comentarios y aportes.

En el IVR ya tenia habilitado el destino para la extensión t, el cual es la misma extensión 110.

Acabo de habilitar las opciones en Chan_dadhi.conf vamos a ver como se comporta. Cualquier cosa les estaré avisando.

Hola a todos,

Efectivamente el problema se soluciono habilitando las opciones de busydetect en el archivo chan_dadhi.

Les agradezco a todos su colaboración.
