Extention ringing after caller has hung up

Hi
I have elastix version 1.6-12
the zap trunk is routed to an extention
When an external caller rings the extention does not ring until the person hangs up then the extention rings twice.
I have looked at the flash operator and it only shows a call on the zap when the caller has hung up.
Hope someone can advise.

All voip trunks work correctly

You possibly need to adjust your callerID settings and perhaps your "far end disconnect" provisioning to agree with that which is provided by your carrier, or the trunk might unnecessarily be waiting for the CID "spill" before proceeding.

This has been working before, for some reason not now. How do I find if the CID is waiting unnecessary?

You neglected to say that, I usually ask my self first when things stop working is "what did I change" since it worked. What would be your answer?
