extensions_custom.conf.sample

    If I want a extensions_custom.conf file do I make it or rename this one.

    You are better off renaming this file an commenting out what you don't want and then just adding what you want at the bottom of the file.

    can I delete the sames that are in there now?

    I wonder why they dont have this file, only the sample?

    If you want you can create a new file or delete the existing one.

    I would suggest you make a copy of the original, then edit the existing file. If you run into a snag, you can always delete the current and replace it with the copy.
