Extensions not logging calls

    Can somebody help please? I cannot find a solution (Elastix V1.6-12)

    We have two groups of users. One group goes out via an one IAX1 trunk and the 2nd group through IAX2 trunk. IAX1 have no DDI's and all their extensions are logging calls ok.

    2nd group mainly have DDI's and go theough IAX2. These extensions are not fully logging calls for inbound and outbound. Strange seem to only log 2 or 3 calls, but I know for a fact these extensions are making and receiving 50-70 calls a day!

    Using two trunks is the only way we found to withhold the CID for the 1st group.

    Have tried deleting these extensions and re-uploading the .CSV, but still the same.

    Is there anything else I can try?
