extensions dialed during que not working

Hi

I route inbound callers to an IVR, where it will time out "t", the caller is then transfered to a que where he remains until a rep answers or when it also times out, the caller is sent back to the IVR - in a Loop.

During the Welcome Greeting, callers are able to dial an extension and are patched to their calling party. However, this does not work when in the que.

So, when a caller is in the que, and waiting for a rep to answer, the caller does not have the option to dial an extension or dial 0 for the operator. It simply does not work.

Before installing Elastix, I had this functionality working fine, but for some strange reason, dialing extensions while in que does not work in Elastix.

Any advise is helpful

Hi

I think I solved it

In QUe I set the IVR Break Out Menu to go back to the IVR

and that seemed to do the trick
