Extension Recording Function Doesn't Work

Dear Experts,
I have already updated my Elastix to version 1.6.2-1 and the FreePBX 2.6.0.1.
And after this update my SIP extension cannot record the outgoing call eventhough I have setting the Recording Outgoing with "Always". I cannot see the recorded call either in the Web GUI Monitor tab or in the /var/spool/asterisk/monitor.

How to fix this problem?
