I am putting together Elastix without Tears. It is a slow process and I do need some feedback and assistance from users to point out my mistakes and input from users with procedures that they adopted and fixes to problem that they have encountered.

The Document is under construction and not 100% accurate as yet. So all assistance are gratefully accepted. Please mail to bensharif@gmail.com.

The draft under construction document can be found here:

Dear Ben:

Your effort would finally make Elastix the user's favorite as it happened to a@h and TB. I wish that Elastix after being more popular also changes their policy!

Your work deserve zillions of thanks!

Ben that is some good work. I think this is definitely going to help any users out there with question or at-least a curiosity on the system get configured right away.

Thank you.

Hi Ben

Great job!!! Are you perhaps going to include instructions for the call centre module as well?

Hello BenS

It was necessary for a manual Elastix complete.

There are ways that can be done in Spanish?

Thank you and good

It seems that the asterisk community in Peru is interested to translate Elastix Without Tears to spanish.

If someone is interested will be highly appreciated. Here is the link:
