    Hi Everyone
I'm new to this and I definitely need your help here. I've read a little bit about Elastix, and I fell in love with it for some reason. I'm looking for an IP PBX system that will be used mostly with remote extensions, each of those extensions will be an IP phone. I would like for those IP phones to be able to make prepaid or postpaid long distance calls using a Voip carrier.

Can Elastix help in my case?
If yes, what is the best configuration for the server?
What additional hardware will I need?

I hope that someone can help in providing those answers.

You will need the same hardware that you would if you were installing it in an office. Server, switch, router, IP phones, etc....

    Thankx Cowboy47.
By configuration, I meant, how powerful should the server be, and do I need any special T1/E1 card in it.
