    Hi

I have a few questions regarding Elastix. Firstly I would like to complement the guys behind the seen that developed Elastix. I really enjoy the flexibility, anyway!

Im still a beginner with regards to Elastix but ill try explain my problem.

Firstly, if I make an outbound call through a SIP trunk or Analog Trunk if the destination im trying to call is engaged then it disconnects or resets Asterisk. This have become a irritation due to the fact if anyone is on a call and some one dials a number that is busy it cuts all the calls. I hope someone knows about this that could help me out
    Please see the log report

I have also noticed that if a internal extension is busy and some one tries to dial my extension if im on a call it once again restarts asterisk and cuts all calls

    [Jan 12 10:58:41] NOTICE[29037]: app_dial.c:1147 dial_exec_full: Hey! chan SIP/101-08c11980's context='macro-dialout-trunk', and exten='s'
    -- Called UPC004/0215529994
-- Got SIP response 486 "Busy Here" back from 172.20.20.251
    -- SIP/UPC004-08bb9a70 is busy

What version of Elastix are you using?

We would need more info. Enter to the asterisk CLI and type:
    Code:
    set verbose 99

Then in the linux comand line type:
    Code:
    tail -f /var/log/asterisk/full

You can post the output here.

    Regards,

    Rafael
