    Hi,

    Im starting up an Elastix-based home call center and I would need to know how to generate reports for the following:

    1. Handling time
    2. Talk time
    3. Hold time
    4. Auxiliaries (breaks, coaching)
    5. After call work ( eg. logging)
    6. Service Level
    7. Abandonment Rate
    8. Downtime Logs
    9. Idle Time
    10. Drop Calls
    11.Average Speed of Answer
    12. Call Arrival Patterns
    13. Success Rate of Connection
    14. Interactive Voice Responder
    15. Call Recordings and Screenshots
    16. Call Routing
    17. Random Digit Dialling

    Any help would greatly appreciated.
