    Hello Guys,

I would like to seek your help in addressing the issue of my Elastix now. I notice that all my outgoing calls were being cut and all my calls roughly lasted a minute. Please help me check what could me causing this.

    Thanks,

    Val

Asterisk/Elastix is NOT dropping your calls. your router is.

You will have to set it up concordant with SIP, i.e. UDP/5060 must be nat/routed to where it needs to be, i.e. your Asteriskbox. Any timeouts it tries to impose need to be forestalled or set beyond the Asterisk norm, once you beat your router into shape then make sure UDP/10000:20000 are similarly forwarded, these connections can NOT not be port translated and should never timeout.
