I had some problem with my SIP provider before and I managed to backup everything using the embedded Elastix Backup/restore feature. And then I did a fresh install of Elastix and then I uploaded the old backup file using SSH. The backup now shows in Elastix, so I restore all the configuration files and the database. And that's when the system crashed. The error message was: FATAL ERROR
DB Error: no such field

That is due, you tried to upload an old version backup into a new Elastix version. Basiccaly the proble is due to the change of structure on freepbx.
You can do three things:

1. Install the same previous Elastix version
2. Reinstall and do the same configuration onthe new server
3. Try to fix the problem
