Elastix Calls going directly to voicemail transfer

    I have a client that has all calls and extension to extension calls are going dirctly to VM. Any suggestions?

    This just started happening today

    hi ,
    It's certainly because the key " DND " , Don't distrurb is on .Look at the phone screen and perhaps u will see Do not Disturb or DND .

    yeap DND could be one issue

    I ran into this issue before. Some places you want to check is on the handset. If it's not there, try looking at Elastix's "Call Forward All Activate". In my case, the user activated the "Call Forward All Activate" feature code from his handset. The code *72 was close to their speed dial list.
