Rafael, do you plan to have the latest Dahdi drivers and Tools and patches included with this build? It is still asterisk 1.4 right?

hey men calm down....if youre in a hurry to try 2.0 please get inside the developers lists and help us!!!
I was working with bruno in some testing this week but still we re a little behind in new 1.6 release (1.6.2.5 need upgrade to .6) latest freepbx to 2.7 actual is 2.6 in 2.0 elastix) and dahid 2.2.1 with sangoma 3.5.10 latest..and of course the other work in progress like call center, billing module upgrade to vtiger a2billing 1.6 etc etc...so a lot of work and not many people helping....
bruno, alex alfredo and other developers in palosanto are human not machines so...we need help if you want more versions with speed...

    see ya

    Hola Fernando, and other developers, { keep us amateurs out of the way }

Just a request for a quick run down on the development of elastix Version 2.x ...

especially for a few of us that have "screwed up" prior installations ... and doing a clean preparation for the next,

and with, as dicko recommends, DFWI afterwards .... especially for those with fat fingers ( if not head ) such as myself.

Anyway ... what versions of the the underlying components are being looked into ?

    CentOS

    FreePBX

asterisk ( used via fbx )

    Dahdi

    PHP

    and the extra modules :

    a FOP version ( FOSS ? )

    SugarCRM

I know I probably missed a bunch on this ... but from 11 thousand km away, doesn't take much.

    Jim

ps. Thanks to ALL for the Great effort !;)

    well i post the changes

CentOS the idea is to be fully upgraded to 5.4

    FreePBX 2,7 final

asterisk ( used via fbx ) 1.6.2.x (latest at the tiem of launch, today will be 2.6

Dahdi latest 2.2.1 as of today

PHP... the latest in centos repos

    and the extra modules :

a FOP version ( FOSS ? )...fop is replaced by palosanto´s Elastix operator panel EOP

SugarCRM...sugar will be dead..finitto, gone...sugar crm doen not have any free open source connector to asterisk so integration is only possible with 4.5 series that are too old....
vtiger 5.1 latest is used instead with the latest asterisk integration module...

    Fernando,

My bad ! When I read reply, I forgot to "read" my own entry ... looking back, I see that you had copy / pasted my info ... then I read your reply, thought you had "questioned" my item. My apologies, good Sir. I must have been dr _ _ _ !

I updated freepbx to 2.7 and both ARI and FOP work fine 64bit version

In agenda on external numbers when clicked on it will not ring extension and reverts back to internal display

Still testing but so far no other issues and the faxing using freepbx fax detect works fine on both SIP and DAHDI

Poking around 2.0 RC2 right now. Things look pretty good. The web interface seems much improved, especially the "Control Panel" which replaces FOP. I'm very excited to try out the online meeting addon, but the install of that has now been running for ~10 minutes, so I suspect it's failing. Another big surprise...why is OpenFire still at 3.5 when 3.6.4 has been available for nearly a year? It seems the 3.5 branch has serious security problems.

Anyone else having problems installing the web conf addon?

    Will OpenFire be updated?

Some areas are not well translated to English. Is help needed in this area?
