Elastix 2.0, IVR takes 20 seconds to redirect

    Hi everyone,
    I have installed version 2.0 and I have a problem with the IVR. I have it set like this: to speak with the operator dial 1 to speak with sales press 2. When a customer calls, select one of the IVR options takes about 20 seconds to redirect it to the extension.

    one could steer me?

    If you have enabled "direct dial" on your IVR and you have an extension numbering system that collides with your ivr selections the call will be delayed, usually only by 5 seconds though.
