    I Elastix 2.0 DAHDI and a HFC card.
    The HFC-card is connected to the internal SO bus of an ISDN PBX
    with the internal number 50

    I can:
    intern: Extension-2000(Sip) --> DAHDI-->Extension-21(ISDN) = OK
    extern: Extension-2000(Sip) --> DAHDI-->ISDN-PBX --> extern ISDN = OK

    I can not:
    intern: Extension-21(ISDN)--> DAHDI-->Extension-2000(SIP) = dos no works
    extern: extern ISDN--> ISDN-PBX --> DAHDI-->Extension-2000(SIP) = dos not works

    --------------------
    CLI for intern: Extension-21(ISDN)--> DAHDI-->Extension-2000(SIP) = dos no works:
    --------------------
