Have a look at the system logs and to the asterisk logs to find out what your problem is.

How did you do the upgrade? I haven't seen any official upgrade procedure explanation.
It seems something very bad it is happening to your system.
Some things have changed in the latest asterisk version and maybe there is something missing in the upgrade process.

This looks as the main problem:
[Apr 14 22:13:07] ERROR[10409] utils.c: write() returned error: Broken pipe

I have seen similar errors related to some changes in the way AGI works.

The rest of the log is ok, you have only this small problem:
    WARNING[10589] config.c: Unknown directive '#permit=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0' at line 18 of /etc/asterisk/manager_custom.conf

modify manager_custom.conf removing the trailing # and configure your subnet there.

Anyway, I wouldn't recommend you to do upgrades at the moment with production servers. Do clean installs if possible to avoid these problems. Have in mind that some deep changes have occured since previous versions.

Have you tried updating the time using ntpdate? Does it work?

Could you explain a bit further?
What did you do to update your system? Using yum?
I though you already had done that.

I can't login via ssh client to server.
I use webmin tools (command shell).

This server is in the remote office in another city .

what error do you get when login with ssh?

Maybe ssh is not up. Try:
    Code:
    service sshd start

From the webmin command line if it is possible.

    Regards,

    Rafael

Error is "Server unexpectedsly network connection."

I resolve all problems after todays updates.
I think that problems were caused becuse first updates from version 1.3 to version 1.5 is not completely successful after that I can't login via SSH console,I don't have direct access to Elastix server because it is in another city.

Then I remembered to use Webmin tools - command schell option and then started "yum update" after that all my problems were resolved.

    Thanks anyway.
