We just installed Elastix and have about 100 users making about 20 calls at any given one time. It is running on a quad core 4gig ram Dell server. We are using Polycom 335 phones. We keep randomly have dropped calls. Time frame and call length is all different. We have a Verizon private sip trunk and 2 other providers. It doesn’t seem to be a problem on the provider site put something with Elastix. Anyone have any ideas and maybe the best way I can troubleshoot this?
