    Hi elastix community

Can anybody confirm to me and to the rest of the community if elastix 1.3-2 supports sip trunk dialing through the call center module (outbound campaign)?

From the different extensions registered to the server, I can make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from the sip trunks. But I need to know for SURE if the outbound campaign of the call center module works with sip trunks.

I have tried to configure this feature in the call center module and is not working, I have recently installed the call center module 1.4, but nothing yet.

I will appreciate your comments and suggestions

Most current callcenter is 1.5 from www.elastix.org.

SIP support should be straightforward. We already had a customer who uses SIP trunks regularly and the calls proceed normally for it. Have you checked that you can place an ordinary call through the SIP trunk?

If the update to 1.5 still does not work, you should really share the logs. There is a configuration flag in the CallCenter web interface that turns on debugging information. You can use this to check the messages issued by the dialer daemon (in /opt/elastix/dialer/dialerd.log).

This is what I receive when the campaign starts, by the way, I installed 1.5-2 and call center 1.5

    Waiting for your comments
