    Hi All,

I'm sure that someone else out there must have come across this before but I don't seem to be able to find a way of getting around it so I'm hoping someone can shed some light in my direction.

We have now just moved over to our Elastix IP PBX and all is working great (except the PSTN/POTS part but thats a different story).

What I have just been asked for is when a member of our support team enables the Do-Not-Disturb feature if another member of the support team wants to put a call through to that agent they should be able to with out having them disable the Do-Not-Disturb option as they could end up picking up a call that is waiting in the queue.

So for example if agent 111 has Do-Not-Disturb enabled and agent 115 has a call for them they should be able to transfer the call through to agent 111 without them having to disable the Do-Not-Disturb feature.

Hope that makes sence, but please ask if you need more details.

    Hi all,

Does anyone know if this is possible as I've still not found anything about this anywhere.
