Distorting Lines

    Hi

    I have an Elastix PBX at a site using a Digium TE122 PRI Card.
    The card uses that DAHDI Interface

    The card is also setup as a slave and is using DSS1 Euroisdn with CRC4 as per the spec of the telco company

    All works well.

    My problem is this:

    At random intervals when making a call to an external party or receiving a call from external number a distortion is heard on the audio of the external party

    The external user can hear the internal caller fine but the external caller's audio (voice) is distorted. This is not the case at all times and a reboot of the box temp fixes the problem.

    I have reinstalled Elastix twice on different hardware but the problem keeps coming back

    Any ideas of what can cause this.
