Displaying Active Extensions

    How do I view active extensions without using the Flash Operator Panel?

    rasterisk -x "show channels"

    Another way is using:
    asterisk -rx "core show hints" | grep InUse

    I agree with jgutierrez:


    His is a more "proper" reply to the OP.

    I do maintain however that my original response returns more "state" of the active channels if you are trying to debug.

    (so few original questions, so many answers! :) )

    Thanks guys,

    Worked Great.

    For all the newbies like me:

    PBX | TOOLS and in the Asterisk-CLI Command type core show hints and it gives you a list of your registered / non registered extensions.
