Please check the DialPlan on your phone if it allows the parameter **.By default it is

(*xx | [3469]11 | 0 | 00 | [2-9]xxxxxx |1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0 | xxxxxxxxxxxx. ). Try using this

(*xx. |**xxx.| xx. )

Hello

copy paste to /etc/asterisk/features_general_custom.conf------------

pickupexten => *0
featuredigittimeout = 1500 ; Max time (ms) between digits for feature activation (default is 500 ms)
atxfernoanswertimeout = 15 ; Timeout for answer on attended transfer default is 15 seconds.
transferdigittimeout = 3 ; Number of seconds to wait between digits when transferring a call

in general settings of free pbx put:

Asterisk Dial command options:tTr
Asterisk Outbound Dial command options:Tt

IN FEATURE CODES PUT IN Call Pickup (Can be used with GXP-2000) *0

after those settings with *0# you can do a general pickup, and with *0XXX# (XXX = the ringing extention) you can have a directed pickup.

Off corse your dial plan in spa should accept those combination.
And for spa you should erase everything from regional/Vertical Service Activation Codes
When you do that then everything (* codes)should work with elastix...

This is my config if you find something better please tell it to me.

Thanks
John
