Direct Links to Agent Console

    Hi all and many thanks for your contribution.
    I want an agent to have a direct link to the agent console, enter his/her credentials and start receiving calls. Is there any direct https, or they have to first access the web interface of elastix and go to Call Center --> Agent Console?

    They would need a login for Elastix to be created. When you do this you can set them in a group for example: Agent.

    You could then give the group Agent permission to only view the Agent Console so that once they login they only can see the agent console.

    Thank you for the answer. That is exactly what i already did. I don't want to create an elastix user though. So i hope that maybe is another solution.

    but any which way, you will have to create an appropriate user though, (or show your underwear)
