    HOla, si hago un tail -f del log del lialer me sale esto

    You do not have an agent logged in.

    This could be:

    - No agent logged in to the web interface.
    - The agent isnt indicated as a static agent in the queue set up (with "A" in front.

    Is the agent logged into the web interface, and are they getting hold music on their phone?
